MooMoo was just complaining about the 'SG Best Friend Run' the other day... and today, when she received SMS from Ms. Mo, she almost fainted and thought Ms. Mo was kidding.
Ms. Mo and MooMoo actually got 3rd position in the SG Best Friend Run for the 10km buddy category... 3rd position out of a total of 12 teams in the women buddy category.
MooMoo's Timing : 01:31:16
Ms. Mo's Timing : 01:30:20
This is the worst timing for the 10km run. Thanks to the 'not-so-obvious' U-Turn marker and missing volunteers in place. Anyway, if not because of Ms. Mo, Mrs. Chicky and aunty, MooMoo would have just give up on the run. At least, MooMoo can see that aunty really enjoyed herself and was very HAPPY that day.
3rd position prize is $80 and the organizer will be sending the cheque to us as we left the event shortly after the run. Come on... would MooMoo ever imagine winning with that kinda timing?!? Else, they would have stayed back and they could be on the stage taking picture for the 1st time. Hahaha... This is really 'JOKE of the day!'....
* At least, MooMoo got back her refund indirectly... paid $40 for the race and getting back the refund in the form of prize $$$.... ^=^
