Ice Milk Tea... *SLURRRPPP!!

MooMoo just LOVES Ice Milk Tea so much... can't recall when did she fell in LOVE with it. Ms. Mo always said that it is like poison or drugs, the way MooMoo's addicted to it. Hahaha... Ice Milk Tea at MOS is GOOD!!! MooMoo loves Ice Milk Tea the way she loves eating Eggs. She like it in many ways... from Teh-C-Peng, Bubble Tea, Ice Teh Tarik to Ice Latte.... like how she loves Eggs, whether scrambled, poached, half-boiled, fried to bulls-eye. LOL!!!

By the way, do you know what M.O.S. stands for?!? It's Mountain, Ocean and Sun...hehe...

* Oops... it's time for MooMoo to go zZz and have a SWEET dream...zZzzz... will be attending a Running workshop tomorrow... hope it will be good... ^=^

I Love Smurfing!! ^=^

Looking at all these 'SMURFS' make MooMoo thinks back of her childhood... La.. La... La la la la... Don't you think that they are all sooo cute?!? The above Smurfs are all hand-painted. Some of them are very creative. I like the Spiderman one and the Red and White one which looks like a Santa Claus. Hahaha. Maybe MooMoo will go watch the movie 'THE SMURFS'.

It should be quite entertaining as they all look so cute!!!

* MooMoo is so HAPPY it's weekend again... ^=^

Chef Daniel's Kitchen at Iluma

MooMoo had nice dinner at this restaurant at Iluma 7th floor, called 'Chef Daniel's Kitchen'. It's quite a nice place and the food tasted quite good. It is kind of an east meets west fusion food. Although the food is good, the service is just so-so. MooMoo thinks that it would be more worth it to go during lunch time as they offer set lunch at a reasonable price. The salmon was good as it is not dry and flaky. As for the Seafood Pasta, it tasted as if it's cooked with Laksa Paste. Hahaha. The dessert is yummy but a bit too sweet.

* No exercise today but ate so much... MooMoo felt so bloated... plus her Aunty Visit... = (

MooMoo suppose to be Resting... BUT...

MooMoo is suppose to be resting... but...ended up running for about 4-5km with Ms. Mo after work. MooMoo felt extra tired today after the run... now she know why... her Aunty came knocking on her door visiting her today... LOL.

After the run, MooMoo and Ms. Mo enjoyed the 10 mins water show right outside Marina Bay Sands entrance around 8pm. MooMoo managed to take some pictures of the show.

After the show, MooMoo and Ms. Mo went to have dinner at the food court before walking for another 1-2km back to the gym for a good bath.

On the way back, there were some exhibitions and MooMoo just randomly took pictures.

* TGIF tomorrow!!! A short week for MooMoo this week... 3 working days. MooMoo feel like sleeping in the whole day this weekend... 'NO GYM' for the weekend... ^=^

Vain Cutie Pie

Even MooMoo's little 'Cutie Pie' is very vain at the young age of 2 1/2 years old. When she saw MooMoo's painted toe nails, she loves it so much that she keep touching MooMoo's painted toes. LOL!!! When Cutie Pie was in Lion City, MooMoo helped her paint her little toenails. Cutie Pie's feet so chubby and cute. Hahaha... Think MooMoo's brother will kill MooMoo when he sees Cutie Pie's painted toenails. Polluting her with pedicure at such young age.

* MooMoo's starting to miss 'Cutie Pie' dy...though she's getting more and more notti... today, MooMoo is HOME ALONE as Mr. and Mrs. Chicky is now in Vietnam, while Aunty on the way to Ipoh and Penang with Chicky Pie... MooMoo hopes to see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil till everyone's back... since now is the 7 month period. Hahaha...

Gym Junkie ;P

Today is MooMoo's last day of leave. Back to 'Reality' tomorrow...

MooMoo really generated so much 'Happy Hormones' today till a bit over-dosed already. She did 6 hours of different work out classes in the gym. MooMoo broke her own record of maximum 4 classes in a day.

Gosh, MooMoo is a real 'Gym Junkie'... but she had LOTS of FUN today, though her whole body is aching now... especially her poor legs. Hahaha... It's like a 'Gym-Marathon'. ^=^

OMG, while browsing on the net, MooMoo found this term called 'Compulsive Exercise', which is also known as obligatory exercise, excessive exercise, exercise addiction or anorexia athletica. This means that one who have compulsion to exercise for longer and more vigourously than what is considered 'Normal'.

Browsing through the symptoms, it seems that MooMoo fit into the picture EXCEPT for number 2, depression and the part about the missing Fun, which MooMoo is still very much having FUN. Hahah.

Symptoms of 'Compulsive Exercise':

- Exercise on most days or everyday and sometimes several times a day, even when sick

- Exercise at unusual places (in bed, in shower, etc) and at odd times (middle of the night)

- Exercise affecting normal life, taking priority over everything

- Guilty and Anxious when they are forced to miss an exercise, will make up to it

- Planning activities all around Exercise

- Suffer from Anxiety, Depression, Low Self Esteem and Worry about Weight

- Exercise not taken as a Fun or Pleasurable Experience

Guess MooMoo still haven't reach the stage of 'Compulsive Exercise'... she's just a terrible 'Gym Junkie'... Anyway, she will try to rest more for the coming next few days for her muscles to heal and recover. MooMoo don't want to lose her muscle mass and do permanent damage to her bones, joints and ligaments.

* Tuesday BLUE tomorrow... Hope for MORE GOOD things to come by... and not any unwanted Surprises... ^=^ Wednesday onwards, MooMoo will be 'Home Alone' for at least a week... = (

Food... Food... and Food...

MooMoo had been eating heavily non-stop for the past 2 weeks... she just stopped eating that much starting from today. Parents and Cutie Pie just left Lion City yesterday. MooMoo will have to get back to her gym routine to burn all the extra calories. Hahaha!!!

MooMoo brought her parents and Cutie Pie to Marina Bay Sands area for a walk last Friday and they loved it. MooMoo had dinner at the Food Court at Marina Bay Sands. The food court is called 'Rasa Pura' and the food is not bad, a little pricey than normal, given the location but the price is pretty reasonable. MooMoo had her favourite 'Sarawak Kolok Mee' while her dad had his favourite 'Duck Rice' and her mom had the 'KL Hokkien Mee'.

MooMoo brought her mommy go shopping at NEX. MooMoo's mom is so HAPPY going home with a new wardrobe but MooMoo's wallet not so happy. Kekeke... Anyway, wallet bled but it made MooMoo's mom happy so it's still OK.

After shopping, we went to eat at this place called 'PU TIEN'. The food there is not bad. We had the Cockles cooked with Wine, Fried Oyster, Sweet and Sour Pork with Lychees, Vegetables with Preserved Egg and the Homemade Tofu.

Lastly, MooMoo brought them to eat at Tony Romas but they didn't quite like it coz too much meat. We had the appetizer, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Steak and Salad.

Supposingly, MooMoo suppose to bring them go DimSum with the chicken family but last minute cancelled. Anyway, DimSum is not their favourite.

* MooMoo will have to get back to work tomorrow... starting to feel her Blues dy... after a long break... hahaha... hope it will be a GREAT week ahead...^=^

Adidas King of the Road 2011 Race Pack

MooMoo's next upcoming run would be the 'ADIDAS KING OF THE ROAD 2011' in Singapore on the 28th August 2011. It will be a 16.8km run.

MooMoo just collected the race pack at Suntec City on Saturday. MooMoo loves the ADIDAS running-T, though she didn't get to have her favourite Purple colour. She got the BLUE one instead but the design is nice. Well, at least she didn't get the Green one. Ms. Mo would love the Green one. Hahaha.

Hmm... if Piggy is in Singapore, would have asked her to join me in the run... but too bad she's in Kimchi-land. Or maybe, she feels lucky to stay away from me... keep making her run with me... ^=^
