BALANCE
Balance.. Oh! Balance,
What goodness does it bring, really?
It can make one come to sense,
And be in touch with their own body.
What's the difference between the rest?
It can be done with or without the mat.
Taichi, Yoga and Pilates,
That's the combination you will get.
Breathe In, Breathe Out,
Flowing with the Taichi moves.
When you're all stressed out,
It's best to follow the grooves.
Warrior pose 1,2 or 3,
It can kill to hold it any longer.
As much as you wanna be,
You gotta endure to be stronger.
Bird pose, Lolla, Backbend,
I hate it coz all so complicated.
Really can me insane,
Even before the class ended.
The best part, not to all, maybe to some,
Is the meditation towards the end.
That's when you can relax yourself and keep calm,
And sometimes doze off, there and then.

* LOL! MooMoo just crapping on favourite workout. Without her realizing it, the LOVE for Balance have grown over time and MooMoo can't recall when she started doing Balance as she has been doing it and off last time, just that lately it's quite consistent. MooMoo used to go Balance to company Ms. Mo. Then, she realized that she is now going because she wants to and not because she have to or just to accompany people to class. MooMoo usually do not like to go class alone but guess the love for Balance have grown till it has become part of her weekly routine and she doesn't even mind to go alone. Different instructors have different styles in conducting the classes but the movements and poses are pretty standard in nature. Check out Balance class if you have the chance. It's either you like it or you hate it. Hahaha!!!
