When you push your 'LIMITS'...

This morning, MooMoo went for a morning run with Piggy's ex-hubby. The weather was beautiful but it was pretty HOT around 8am. This picture taken around 7:15am just before we started our run. Beautiful, ain't it?!?

We forgot that it was a Public Holiday today due to the Singapore General Election Day and the gym will be opened at 8am instead of 6am. Luckily, Piggy's ex-hubby brought his office tag as he is going to work after the run, so we left all our bags at his office. Just that we wasted some time walking to and fro to put and collect our bags.

Initially, MooMoo wanted to run for about 10km BUT after doing 2 loops, she's kinda out of breath. She remembered doing 4 loops before but she didn't feel this tired... For the 1st loop, they were on the same pace BUT in the mid of 2nd loop, MooMoo drift further behind. Hahaha... but catch up at the end but a bit half dead... ended up resting while Piggy's ex-hubby continued another loop himself.

Then, she realized something... OMG!!! When she checked the timing and the distance, she actually took 45mins to complete 8.4km. It's really AMAZING!!! Meaning, if she can complete 8.4km within 45 mins... she could easily complete 10km within 60 mins (her TARGET yet to hit) if she can keep up. Usually, her fastest time for 5km is 35 mins and it's so DAMN hard to even shed off a minute.

Well, this proves that we can all go further if we really push our own limits. Hahaha... Guess, next time should go training with Piggy's ex-hubby more to improve my timing. Had a good stretch at Balance class and great workout at Step class after that.

* Not sure why, each time after MooMoo finish running, she always feels hungry and keep eating non stop. This is BAD...BAD... BAD!!! Hahaha... Some more, last nite ate sinful food. Now, feeling hungry again...
