MooMoo's 1st Weekend LSD


Thank GOD for a beautiful weather today!  

MooMoo did her 1st LSD training today. (LSD = Long Slow Distance) MooMoo had a tiring but great run today.  Thanks to MooMoo's friend, she managed to finish her targetted distance of 15km.  MooMoo's knees were almost giving up on her around 10km but her friend pushes her further and she managed to finish it off.

MooMoo's damn sleepy now... woke up around 6am this morning on a non-working day... even earlier than a working day.  LOL!!! :p  Will need to zZz more on Sunday.  ^=^

Hope this will not be the 1st and last one.  Hahaha... really need to motivate herself and keep it up!  Need to try to run at least 3 times a week and clock at least 20-30km per week.  It really ain't easy to train for a full marathon... especially when MooMoo is reluctant to give up on her usual gym classes.

Just need more planning and make time for all these runs.  * Yawnn... Yawnn... time to zZzzz..
