WORKOUT De-Stress Day...

MooMoo did a whole LOTS of exercise today.  She went for a SCULPT class and did lots of push-ups and hand weights.  MooMoo's favourite instructor taught the class how to do proper push-ups and there are 3 types in total. e.g. Normal wide push-ups, Triceps push-ups and Diamond push-ups. Gosh... it's really killing after so long.... arms became flabby and weak... must really consistently train on those chicken wings.  It was a tiring but GREAT workout. ^=^

After class, MooMoo went for a short 5km run on the treadmill.  It's been quite awhile since she ran on treadmill.  MooMoo is always trying to clock in more mileage but still a long way to go... if only she have the passion to run as much as doing her Step and Balance.  LOL! :p

She ended up her day with her swimming lessons.  Coach today torture everyone making us swim endless laps of Freestyle and Breast strokes.  For amateur like Moo and class, it was really tough.  Tonight, MooMoo actually swam about 700 metres. It may be nothing to mermaids like Ms. Mo but it's bursting MooMoo's lungs.  Running 700 metres is definitely easier than swimming 700 metres.  Haha...  Really gotta work towards swimming 200 metres non-stop in order to get my diving license. Ganbatte!!


* It's really amazing sometimes when you meet someone you used to know, sharing smiles and laughters... and maybe some not so good memories... you can just walk by each other and pretend we do not know each other or maybe give each other a polite awkward smile and move on.  Anyway, as long as everyone's healthy and happy, everything will be good.   ^=^

Today, one of MooMoo's favourite theatre actress, Emma Yong just passed away... due to losing her battle to stomach cancer.  May she rest in peace.... God bless her and her family.

Lately see you sync your run more frequently .. Makes me feel so lazy. Tapir needs to ganbatte !

Thanks to Uncle-L! Else, I will slack more... hahaha.. actually I still don't clock enough mileage... suppose to do at least 20-30km per week... We Ganbatte together ok! ^=^
